I've been a big, big fan of guitarist Joe Satriani since the day I first heard Surfing with the Alien! Was such fun to photograph him in 1992 on the Extremist tour. I took this during "Satch Boogie" Love the energy and emotion as he's releasing his whammy bar on his Ibanez guitar.
